Brief overview

An E-resume / E-CV for myself, just a small site to provide information about myself and some of the major projects I have worked on in the past, or are currently working on now. I also use it as a platform for my technical blog, which I try to update and add to when I manage to find some spare time.

Skills and Input

  • TDD and test suite creation using RSpec.
  • Using design patterns outside the traditional MVC with gems created by myself; bottled_services, and bottled_observers.
  • Creating API objects to interact with public API's to retrieve new information, an inspiration for another upcoming gem, bottled_apis!
  • Authentication with Devise for the admins section, where I write up these projects and blogs.
  • Creation of an admin tool for easy site management and updates.
  • Using Bootstrap 4 Alpha as a CSS Framework.
  • Using Heroku for hosting and infrastructure solutions.
